I don’t know a single guy that does not want a totally ripped body. Every one dreams, but only some get what they want. Body building is by no means an easy thing to do. I have been a body building enthusiast ever since I picked up my first pair of weights at age 14. Now it is time for me to share some of the things that I have learned through my life about body building.
Body building tip No.1

Are you scared of lifting weights? If you want a great body, then you can’t be scared. The core of body Building is weight lifting. And if you want a broad chest that everybody envies and pecks that steal glances from everywhere, then you have to lift plenty of weights. Even if you take the program Somanabolic Muscle Maximer, still you have to lift plenty of weights, so there is no way out of it. You probably knew this one, but it is such an important part of body building that I could not just breeze past it, without mentioning it briefly.

“Eating more can help you to build a great body.”
“Eating more will turn you into a fat cow.”
Both of the statements above are absolutely correct. Eating more is the part of any good body building program. But how is it that eating is the very act that can turn us into fat guys within weeks? It all comes down to what you are eating. A healthy diet does not necessarily include fatty food. You need to eat lots of protein after you work out. When we work out, our body tissues are damaged. Note that the damages are not anywhere near lethal, but in order to have a great body, you need those exact tissues to grow. That is why eating a lot is very important to build your body. Remember to eat food with lots of protein in them like- eggs, steak, chicken, fish, nuts, cheese etc. And avoid fatty foods at all costs. For example don’t eat rice or anything like that.
Body Building Tip No. 4
This tip is the easiest of the lot. Why? It has only two steps. They are-
1. Sleeping &
2. Relaxing
How does sleeping and relaxing help us to build our muscle? Well, previously I wrote about how tissues are damaged while we exercise, and how they need to heal and grow; that is why we need to eat. Relaxing is also a great way to let your tissues grow rapidly. Our bodies grow the most while we are asleep. This is not a speculation, it’s a proven fact. You can Google it. So work hard, eat a lot and sleep a lot; it sounds pretty easy, doesn’t it?

Divide your work out session in sets. Anything around 6-9 sets for each body part should be enough to build great muscle. Don’t overload too much. It is important to raise the amount of weight you lift gradually, but you shouldn’t push too hard. Keep it in a sustainable level.
